排尿性晕厥是指在排尿中或结束即刻时发生的晕厥,在发生前多无不适或仅有短暂的头晕、眼花、下肢发软等感觉,晕厥可持续1~2min,醒后多无后遗症,但可能因跌倒而导致外伤[1]。本文作者报道12例于排尿时发生晕厥跌倒导致颅脑损伤的案例,并结合典型案例的法医学鉴定进行分析。1案例资料1.1一般资料一般情况12例全部为男性,年龄最小19岁,最大65岁,其中40岁以下9例,41岁以上3例。

The authors report 12 cases of cases of craniocerebral injury caused by falls of syncope when urinating, combined with the typical cases of forensic identification analysis. 1 Case Information 1.1 General Information General 12 cases were all men, the youngest 19 years old, maximum 65 years old, of which 9 years of age below 40 years old, 3 cases over the age of 41.
