目的建立生活饮用水中18种有机污染物的分析方法。方法采用DB-5毛细管柱气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器),以程序升温的方式同时测定生活饮用水中1,4-二氯苯、1,2-二氯苯、1,3,5-三氯苯、1,2,4-三氯苯、1,2,3-三氯苯、六氯苯、α-666、β-666、γ-666、δ-666、4,4’-DDE、4,4’-DDD、2,4’-DDT、4,4’-DDT、七氯、六氯丁二烯、百菌清、溴氰菊酯等18种有机污染物,以保留时间定性,外标法定量。对色谱条件、检出限等进行了研究和优化,并对实际水样进行了检测分析。结果在所建立的实验条件下,18种有机污染物分离效果良好。用加标回收考察方法的准确度,平均回收率在80%~107%之间;用相对标准偏差(RSD)考察方法的精密度,RSD在0.9%~3.4%之间,方法检出限为0.001μg/L~0.1μg/L。结论所建立的方法简便、灵敏、准确,具有较好的准确度和精密度,可同时测定生活饮用水中多种有机污染物。
Objective To establish an analytical method for 18 kinds of organic pollutants in drinking water. Methods DB-5 capillary gas chromatography (electron capture detector) was used to simultaneously determine the contents of 1,4-dichlorobenzene, 1,2-dichlorobenzene, 1,3,5- Trichlorobenzene, 1,2,4-trichlorobenzene, 1,2,3-trichlorobenzene, hexachlorobenzene, α-666, β-666, γ-666, δ-666,4,4’-DDE , 18 kinds of organic pollutants such as 4,4’-DDD, 2,4’-DDT, 4,4’-DDT, heptachlor, hexachlorobutadiene, chlorothalonil and deltamethrin, , External standard method. The chromatographic conditions, detection limits and so on were studied and optimized, and the actual water samples were tested and analyzed. Results Under the established experimental conditions, 18 kinds of organic pollutants were separated well. The average recoveries were between 80% and 107% with spike recoveries. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were used to determine the precision of the method with RSD between 0.9% and 3.4%. The detection limits were 0.001 μg / L to 0.1 μg / L. Conclusion The established method is simple, sensitive and accurate, with good accuracy and precision, and can simultaneously determine a variety of organic pollutants in drinking water.
