采用BA对VAc进行乳液聚合共聚改性,并通过DSC、TGA、拉伸测试以及SEM等测试方法,详细研究了BA对VAc胶膜的Tg、热稳定性能、力学性能和拉伸断面的影响。研究结果表明:引入质量分数25%的BA,胶膜Tg降低了19.6℃,变化非常显著,而后随着BA引入量的增大Tg变化不明显。胶膜热稳定性能随BA用量的增大而增加,引入质量分数15%BA后,聚合胶膜的T始可提高66℃。拉伸测试在12℃环境中进行,材料力学性能在BA用量为质量分数25%时出现突跃。SEM测试结果显示,BA的引入可提高材料断面的连续性。
VA was modified by emulsion copolymerization using BA. The effects of BA on the Tg, thermal stability, mechanical properties and tensile profile of VAc film were studied in detail by means of DSC, TGA, tensile test and SEM. The results showed that the Tg of the film decreased by 19.6 ℃ with the introduction of BA at a mass fraction of 25%, and the change was not significant when the BA content was increased. The thermal stability of the film increases with the increase of the amount of BA. After the introduction of 15% BA by mass, the T of the film increases by 66 ℃. Tensile test was carried out in a 12 ℃ environment. The mechanical properties of the material showed a sudden jump when the mass fraction of BA was 25%. SEM test results show that the introduction of BA can improve the continuity of the material cross section.
