从2005年始,我国逐步开展非物质文化保护事业,成绩斐然,尤其是国家级非物质文化遗产项目得到了较好的保护。但是,作为优秀传统文化重要组成部分的省市县级非物质文化遗产项目并未得到应有的重视,保护工作也存在着许多问题。陇西云阳板是甘肃省省级非物质文化遗产项目,自2010年申报成功以来,在保护与传承工作中存在许多问题,且其问题具有一定的典型性与普遍性。文章在分析存在问题的基础上,探讨解决问题的相应对策。
Since 2005, China has made remarkable achievements in the non-material culture protection undertaking step by step, especially the national-level intangible cultural heritage project has been well protected. However, the project of intangible cultural heritage at the county level, which is an important part of excellent traditional culture, has not received the due attention and there are many problems in the protection work. Longxi Yunyang board is a provincial-level intangible cultural heritage project in Gansu Province. Since its declaration was successful in 2010, many problems have existed in the protection and inheritance work, and its problems have certain typicalities and universality. Based on the analysis of existing problems, the article explores the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems.
