目的 评价准分子激光原位角膜磨削术 (LASIK)治疗近视 2年的疗效。方法 98只眼 ,近视范围 -4 0 0~-2 0 5D ,散光≤ -5 0 0D ,用Keracor 116型准分子激光治疗。结果 开始绝大部分呈过矫 ,渐向近视回退 ,6个月后基本稳定。术后 2年时 ,>-15 0 0D ,-10 0 0~ -15 0 0D ,<-10 0 0D 3组的屈光度在± 0 5D之内分别为 5 0 % ,5 2 % ,72 % ;在± 1D之内分别为 6 3 % ,6 6 % ,81%。最佳矫正视力下降不超过 2行。≥ -10 0 0D组和 <-10 0 0D组 ,术后裸眼视力≥ 0 5分别占 77% ,91% ;≥ 1 0分别占 42 % ,70 %。结论 LASIK治疗近视效果稳定 ,手术安全 ,可作为中高度近视的首选术式。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) in the treatment of 2 years of myopia. Methods 98 eyes, myopia range -400 ~ -2 05D, astigmatism ≤ -5 0 0D, using Keracor 116 excimer laser treatment. The results began most of the overcorrection, gradually retreated to myopia, basically stable after 6 months. At 2 years after operation, the diopters of> - 150D, -10O0 ~ -15O0D and <- 100D3 groups were 50%, 52% and 72% within ± 0 5D, respectively. Within ± 1D were 6 3%, 6 6%, 81% respectively. Best corrected visual acuity does not fall more than 2 lines. ≥10 0 0D group and <-10 0 0D group, postoperative uncorrected visual acuity ≥ 0 5 accounted for 77%, 91%; ≥ 10 accounted for 42%, 70%. Conclusion LASIK treatment of myopia and stable operation, safe, can be used as the preferred surgical procedures for high myopia.
