目的:探讨活血定眩丸对椎动脉型颈椎病大鼠血液流变学及小脑Bcl-2、Bax表达的影响。方法:SPF级大鼠75只,随机分为空白组、模型组、低剂量组、高剂量组、对照组,除正常组外,其余均采用复合法制造椎动脉型颈椎病动物模型。用药14d后,观察血液流变学指标及小脑组织Bcl-2、Bax表达。结果:与空白组比较,模型组全血粘度增高(P<0.05),Bax染色阳性细胞表达增加(P<0.05),Bcl-2未见明显表达(P>0.05);对照组、低剂量组、高剂量组比模型组全血粘度降低(P<0.05)、Bax表达减少(P<0.05),Bcl-2有少量阳性表达(P>0.05)。结论:活血定眩丸能能有效改善椎动脉型颈椎病模型大鼠血液流变学指标,明显抑制Bax阳性细胞的表达,上调Bcl-2/Bax的比率,在一定程度上减缓椎动脉型颈椎病小脑细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Huoxuedingxuan pill on the hemorrheology and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in cerebellum of cervical vertebra rats with vertebral artery disease. Methods: Seventy-five SPF rats were randomly divided into blank group, model group, low dose group, high dose group and control group. Except for the normal group, all other SPF rats were used to make animal models of vertebral artery cervical spondylosis. After treatment for 14 days, the indexes of hemorheology and the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in cerebellum were observed. Results: Compared with the blank group, whole blood viscosity increased (P <0.05), Bax positive cells increased (P <0.05) and Bcl-2 had no significant difference (P> 0.05) (P <0.05), the expression of Bax was decreased (P <0.05), and the expression of Bcl-2 was slightly positive (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Huoxuedingxuan pill can effectively improve the hemorheological parameters of rat model of cervical spondylosis of cervical vertebral artery, significantly inhibit the expression of Bax positive cells, increase the ratio of Bcl-2 / Bax and slow down the cervical spine of vertebral artery to a certain extent Sick cerebellar cells apoptosis.
