正是最近两年,肩膀上卸去了班主任这一担子,成了一个纯粹的科任教师,这才体会到班主任这一职务的责任重大和工作开展的艰辛;由此更见科任教师的轻松自在。实际上学校的德育工作是一个大系统,不管是班主任还是科任教师都是其中的中坚力量。而现行的学校德育机制使科任教师成为了被边缘化了的德育资源。我在课堂教学中适时的揉入了一些励志的小故事,大大提高了课堂的教学效率,现选取其中三个故事与大家分享。针对情况一:学生上课趴桌子,不及时记笔记,课后花时间整理,不但占用时间,而且学习效果大打折扣。故事题目:《十八颗樱桃》。有一位师傅带
