目的了解吴中区托幼机构消毒卫生现状,分析存在的问题,为托幼机构卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法依据卫生部消毒技术规范和江苏省托幼机构消毒卫生标准,对全区26家托幼机构2009—2011年的监测采样结果进行评价和分析。结果共采集样本644份,合格551份,合格率为85.6%。餐具合格率最高,工作人员手合格率最低。城乡托幼机构消毒质量间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吴中区托幼机构合格率不高,应不断加强对托幼机构消毒卫生质量监督管理。
Objective To understand the current status of disinfection and hygiene in nurseries in Wuzhong District and to analyze the existing problems so as to provide a scientific basis for the health management of nurseries and nurses. Methods Based on the disinfection technical specifications of the Ministry of Health and the sanitation and nursing standards of nurseries and nurses in Jiangsu Province, the monitoring sample results of 26 nurseries and nurseries in the whole region from 2009 to 2011 were evaluated and analyzed. Results A total of 644 samples were collected, 551 were qualified, with a pass rate of 85.6%. The highest rate of tableware, staff the lowest pass rate. The difference of disinfection quality between nurseries in urban and rural areas was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion The qualification rate of nursery schools in Wuzhong District is not high. The supervision and management of disinfection and hygiene quality of nurseries and kindergartens should be continuously strengthened.
