企业家有钱为刚成立的公司注资,并且有改变世界的自信。管理和领导是大型组织的“阴和阳”。管理更多的是低着头,强调专注和控制,而领导是抬着头,强调愿景和联系。领导者提供令人鼓舞的愿景,使得人们愿意追随。他们带动而不是驱使他人,他们吸引和激励他人,让大家看到希望和光明,共同致力于更高的宗旨和鼓舞人心的愿景。
Entrepreneurs have the money to fund newly formed companies and have the confidence to change the world. Management and leadership are large organizations “yin and yang ”. Management is more of a headache, emphasis and control, and leadership is the head, emphasizing the vision and contact. Leaders offer inspiring visions that keep people willing to follow. They drive rather than drive others, they attract and inspire others, let them see hope and light, work together for a higher purpose and inspiring vision.
