利用Jaccard系数计算法及Fuzzy聚类法对6个杏鲍菇菌株的酯酶同工酶进行测定,结果表明,6个菌株可分为3类:Pe4与Pe6酶谱相同(Sj=1.000)归为一类;Pe1、Pe3、Pe5(Sj=0.900)归为一类;Pe2自成一类。其中Pe5酶带数多且粗,活性最强,工厂化栽培表现为较强的耐CO2能力、菇形好、口感佳、生物学效率高,是适宜工厂化栽培的菌株。
Esterase isozymes of six Pleurotus eryngii strains were determined by Jaccard coefficient method and Fuzzy clustering method. The results showed that the six strains could be divided into three groups: the same Pe4 and Pe6 (Sj = 1.000) As a category; Pe1, Pe3, Pe5 (Sj = 0.900) classified as a category; Pe2 into a category. Among them, the Pe5 enzyme band number is more and more coarse, the activity is strongest, and the plant cultivation shows strong resistance to CO2, good mushroom shape, good mouthfeel and high biological efficiency, and is a strain suitable for industrialized cultivation.
