采用人工气候箱试验,研究了外源赤霉素对NaCl胁迫下杂草稻种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:外源赤霉素处理可以降低杂草稻种子萌发及幼苗受到的盐伤害,促进种子发芽,提高水稻幼苗生长量。外源赤霉素处理降低了NaCl胁迫下杂草稻幼苗叶片MDA含量、相对电导率和超氧阴离子自由基产生速率。各供试材料间均表现为50 mg/L GA3处理效果最佳。结果还表明,外源赤霉素对耐盐性不同供试材料间缓释效应存在差异。
Effects of exogenous GA3 on seed germination and seedling growth of weedy rice under NaCl stress were studied by artificial climate chamber. The results showed that the treatment with exogenous gibberellin could reduce the germination of weedy rice seeds and salt damage of seedlings, promote seed germination and increase the growth of rice seedlings. Exogenous GA treatment decreased MDA content, relative conductivity and superoxide anion production rate of weedy rice seedlings under NaCl stress. Each test material showed the best treatment effect of 50 mg / L GA3. The results also show that different concentrations of GA3 have different effects on the salt tolerance of the tested materials.
