目的 了解宜昌市老年人VitD营养状况,为进一步采取干预措施提供科学依据.方法 在宜昌市随机调查65～岁老年人1 600人,经被调查者知情同意后对其进行常规体检,排除对VitD吸收、代谢可能存在的干扰因素,纳入受试对象的198名老年人采集静脉血,采用高效液相色谱检测血清25-(OH)-D3水平,用描述性流行病学方法进行分析.结果 受试对象血清25-(OH)-D3平均含量为(18.40±7.27) ng/mL,男性、女性分别为(18.75±7.13) ng/mL、(18.08±7.41) ng/mL,性别差异无统计学意义(P=0.480);65～69、70～74、75～79年龄组血清25-(OH)-D3含量差异有统计学意义(P=0.00),65～69年龄组的血清25-(OH)-D3含量高于70～74和75～79年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.00).VitD严重缺乏、缺乏、不足的占比为88.89％,其中男性占比42.93％、女性占比45.96％,男女比例为0.93∶1;VitD充足的占比仅为11.11％.结论 宜昌市65～75岁老年人的VitD的营养状况整体较差,卫生部门既要应定期监测老年人维生素D水平,还要加大科普宣传力度,以便提高改维度的健康素养,从而使本地区老年人群的维生素D水平得到提高.“,”Objective To understand the nutritional status of VitD among the elderly in Yichang City,so as to provide the evidence for further intervention.Methods A total of 1 600 elderly persons aged from 65 to 75 years were randomly selected and surveyed in Yichang City,and a routine physical examination was carried out after obtaining the informed consent of the objects.The possible interference factors for VitD absorption and metabolism were excluded,and finally 198 elderly persons were selected into the research and their venous blood samples were collected,and the levels of serum 25-(OH)-D3were detected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),and the results were analyzed by the descriptive epidemiological method.Results The average content of serum 25-(OH)-D3 was (18.40 ± 7.27) ng/mL the contents of the male and female were (18.75 ± 7.13) ng/mL and (18.08 ±7.41)ng/mLrespectively,and no statistically significant differences between the different genders (Z=-0.706,P=0.480).There was a significant difference among the 65-69,70-74 and 75-79 age groups in the serum 25-(OH)-D3 contents (P=0.00).The serum 25-(OH)-D3 levels in the 65-69 age group were higher than those in other two age groups(P=0.00).The people with inadequate and severely deficient VitD accounted for 88.89％,and among them,42.93％ were from the male and 45.96％ from the female,and the ratio of the male to female was 0.93 ∶ 1.The people with adequate VitD accounted for 1 l.l 1％ only.Conclusion The nutritional status of VitD in 65-75-year old people is poor in Yichang City.The health department should not only monitor the vitamin D level of the elderly regularly,but also should strengthen the health education in the elderly popularization so as to improve their health.
