临床上常将喜炎平与抗生素联合应用来治疗感染性疾病,本文通过研究喜炎平与头孢唑啉联合应用对小鼠外周血中性粒细胞的趋化功能和吞噬功能的影响来探讨其作用机制。随机选择10只正常小鼠作为空白组;将金黄色葡萄球菌感染后的40只小鼠分为模型组、喜炎平组、头孢唑啉组及喜炎平+头孢唑啉组(联合用药组)。空白组与模型组经腹腔给予生理盐水,其他组经腹腔依次给予喜炎平、头孢唑啉、喜炎平+头孢唑啉。采用transwell小室法检测小鼠外周血中性粒细胞趋化功能。用流式细胞术检测小鼠外周血中性粒细胞吞噬功能。结果显示:各组小鼠外周血中性粒细胞的趋化指数的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。空白组、喜炎平组、联合用药组小鼠外周血中性粒细胞的实际吞噬率和吞噬指数均明显高于模型组和头孢唑啉组(P<0.01);空白组、喜炎平组和联合用药组间两个指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),模型组和头孢唑啉组之间两个指标的差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。本研究结果提示,喜炎平与头孢唑啉联合应用可以通过增强中性粒细胞的吞噬功能来提高疗效。

Murine peripheral blood neutrophil chemotaxis was detected by transwell chamber method. Detection of phagocytic function of peripheral blood neutrophils in mice by flow cytometry. The results showed that there was no significant difference in chemotactic index of peripheral blood neutrophils in each group (P> 0.05). The phagocytic rate and phagocytic index of peripheral blood neutrophils in blank group, Xiyanping group and combination group were significantly higher than those in model group and cefazolin group (P <0.01). The blank group, Xiyanping group There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The results suggest that the combination of Xiyanping and cefazolin can enhance the phagocytic function of neutrophils to improve efficacy.
