采用数值模拟方法,研究了不同吹风比下孔排间距对复合角双射流气膜冷却特性的影响。结果表明,较小的孔排间距形成的反肾形涡为上下结构且不对称,冷却效果提高有限;而较大的孔排间距有利于形成左右对称的反肾形涡,能够在下游形成大面积的展向冷气覆盖,同时射流更好地贴附于壁面,大大提高了冷却效率;并将该结构应用到某重型燃气轮机静叶上,取得了良好的冷却效果。
The numerical simulation method was used to study the influence of the hole spacing on the cooling characteristics of composite double-jet gas-jet lamina at different blowing ratios. The results show that the anti-kidney vortex formed by the smaller row spacing is asymmetric up and down, and the cooling effect is limited. However, the larger row spacing is advantageous for the formation of left-right symmetric anti-kidney vortex, which can form large Area coverage of the air-conditioning coverage, while jet attached to the wall better, greatly improving the cooling efficiency; and the structure applied to a heavy gas turbine vane, and achieved good cooling effect.
