2013年4月,在中国文明网举行的“中国好人榜”投票活动中,我有幸被列入候选人名单。离休20多年来,我最大的爱好就是参与公益事业,是大家眼中爱管“闲事”的老头。下面,我讲讲自己所管的“闲事”。上世纪90年代中期,中国水电八局南托基地经过几年的建设,已成为一个花园式的小区,鸟语花香,空气清新,人们生活在这样优美的环境里感到很幸福。
