目的建立减肥类保健食品中非法添加化学成分西布曲明、N-单去甲基西布曲明和N,N-双去甲基西布曲明的UPLC-MS/MS定性检测方法。方法以甲醇超声提取样品,UPLC进行色谱分析,采用串联四级杆质谱进行定性检测。结果西布曲明、N-单去甲基西布曲明和N,N-双去甲基西布曲明保留时间分别为1.29、0.97和0.92 min,65批样品中21批检出西布曲明,1批检出N-单去甲基西布曲明,1批检出N,N-双去甲基西布曲明。结论本方法专属性强,操作简单,快捷,可作为掺入西布曲明及其去甲基衍生物的保健食品有效检测方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a UPLC-MS / MS qualitative detection method for illegally adding chemical components sibutramine, N-monosteremethyl sibutramine and N, N-demethyl sibutramine in the dietary supplements. Methods The samples were extracted with methanol and analyzed by UPLC. The qualitative analysis was carried out by using tandem quadrupole mass spectrometry. Results The retention times of sibutramine, N-monosteremethyl sibutramine and N, N-demethyl sibutramine were 1.29, 0.97 and 0.92 min, respectively, and in 21 batches of 65 batches of samples, sibutramine was detected Ming, 1 batch detected N-monosterethibepam, one batch detected N, N-demethyl sibutramine. Conclusion This method is highly specific, easy to operate and fast, and can be used as an effective method for the detection of health food with sibutramine and its derivatives.
