小心采收用于储藏的苹果需在晴天且早晨露水干后采摘,气温低于2℃的早晨不要采摘,否则不耐储藏。采收时需轻拿轻放,防止碰伤果面而感染病害,并且要严格选出病虫果、破伤果、落地果和小果。采后处理用3%~6%的氯化钙溶液浸果,可提高果实硬度,减少果实储藏期由于缺钙引起的苦症病等缺钙症;用25%保果灵250倍液浸泡0.5~1分钟或用70%甲基托布津300~500倍液浸果,可防止储藏期间腐生菌侵染果实。就地预冷经药剂处理的苹果,先散放在果园内预冷散热一夜,然后再分级,包装入库。
