本文针对于基层群众文化的建设与相应的队伍管理,进行浅析,提出了对于该观点认识的重要意义。通过当前的基层群众文化建设分析与完善基层群众文化队伍时的主要问题,而不断的深入理解与研究,最终要进一步的促进与强化基层群众文化建设与基层群众队伍的管理工作。意在展现出我国现代基层群众文化与队伍管理的高效、全面化,为建设和谐社会、繁荣国家具有良好的促进作用。
This article aims at the grass-roots mass culture construction and the corresponding team management, carries on the analysis, has put forward to this view understanding’s important significance. Through the analysis and perfection of the main issues of grass-roots mass culture teams at the current grass-roots mass culture, we should continue to deepen our understanding and research and eventually further promote and strengthen the grass-roots mass cultural construction and the management of grass-roots mass ranks. It aims to demonstrate the efficiency and comprehensiveness of the modern grass-roots mass culture and team management in our country and has a good role in promoting the building of a harmonious society and the prosperity of the country.
