毛细管辐射供暖末端装置在我国的应用越来越广泛,需要对其热性能进行深入研究。本文在参考国外辐射供暖装置热性能测试方法标准的基础上,选取具有代表性的毛细管石膏辐射板作为测试样品,在壁面冷却闭式小室所创造的稳态人工环境中进行了散热量、辐射表面温度、空气温度梯度、黑球温度等热性能参数的测试,并对比了在吊顶与墙面2种不同安装方式下热性能参数的不同。本文研究成果可为相关产品的研究与工程设计提供参考。
The application of capillary tube radiation heating device in our country is more and more extensive, and the thermal performance of the device needs to be further studied. Based on the reference of the standard of the thermal performance test method of the radiant heating device in foreign countries, this paper selects the representative capillary gypsum radiant panel as the test sample and carries out the heat dissipation in the steady artificial environment created by the closed cooling chamber in the wall. The radiation surface Temperature, air temperature gradient, black ball temperature and other thermal performance parameters of the test, and compared the ceiling and wall 2 kinds of different installation of thermal performance under the different parameters. The research results of this paper can provide references for the research and engineering design of related products.
