本文对用力锤敲击一个软橡皮绳悬挂的机械结构部件时的锤击力波形做了理论分析,并在此基础上,讨论了以求结构模态参数为目的的锤击激振试验中若干值得注意的问题,对某些重要参数(锤头选取,分析频率范围,采样间隔等)的选取提出了意见。作为锤击激振试验实例,文中还介绍了BJ122轻型载重汽车车架激振试验的若干数据,供实施及估价锤击激振试验参考。
This paper makes a theoretical analysis of the hammering force waveform when a mechanical hammer with a soft rubber rope is struck by a force hammer, and on this basis, discusses several hammer vibration excitation tests for the purpose of finding structural modal parameters. For the issues that are worth noting, opinions were given on the selection of certain important parameters (head selection, frequency range, sampling interval, etc.). As an example of the hammering vibration test, some data on the vibration test of the BJ122 light truck frame are also provided for reference in the implementation and evaluation of the hammer vibration excitation test.
