关于低分子右旋糖酐(分子量2—6万)治疗缺血性中风已被肯定。我们在实践中应用中分子右旋糖酐(分子量7—8万)为主治疗缺血性中风,同样取得疗效,现报导如下:我院两年来应用中右治疗缺血性中风共22例,其中脑血栓形成18例,脑栓塞4例。合并高血压7例,冠心病6例,心房纤颤4例。男女各占一半,年龄在49—81岁,60岁以上占18例。所有病例均用中右500毫升,每日静滴一次,约5小时左右滴完,10—14次为一疗程。多数病例加用毛冬青肌注,每次2毫升,一日二次。
