1.“固定支架+调节架”结构我公司叉车“固定支架+调节架”结构的空调压缩机支架,一般安装在发动机上,其通过固定支架上的4个长孔,使调节架纵向和横向移动,进而调整驱动胶带的松紧程度,其结构如图1所示。此种支架的优点是可使胶带获得较大张紧力,空调压缩机的位置始终处于水平状态;缺点是成本相对较高,结构复杂,占用空间比较大,调整胶带的松紧度比较繁琐,不便于检查和维修。
