目的探讨不同部位注射卡前列腺氨丁三醇预防治疗产后出血的效果和副作用。方法将本院2015年1月~2016年2月本院收治,术前有产后出血高危因素或术中发生产后出血的剖宫产产妇100例,随机分为试验组与对照组各50例,实验组在胎儿娩出后立即子宫肌注射卡前列腺氨丁三醇0.25mg,对照组胎儿娩出后在三角肌注射卡前列腺氨丁三醇0.25mg,将两组预防治疗产后出血的效果及副作用进行比较。结果两组预防治疗产后出血的效果无差异,子宫肌层注射出现副作用少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术中子宫肌注射卡前列腺氨丁三醇,可以减少副作用的发生。
Objective To investigate the effects and side effects of different doses of cardiotracin trometamol in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods From January 2015 to February 2016 in our hospital, 100 cases of cesarean section in our hospital who were treated with preoperative high risk factors for postpartum hemorrhage or intraoperative postpartum hemorrhage were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases each. In the experimental group, the uterine muscle was anesthetized with 0.25 mg trichostatin and the control group was injected with 0.25 mg of cardiotracin-treated cardiotachs in the deltoid muscle. The effects and side-effects of the two groups in prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage were compared . Results There was no difference between the two groups in the prevention and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. There were fewer side effects in the myometrium injection than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Intrauterine injection of cardiotracin tromethamine in cesarean section can reduce the incidence of side effects.
