在本工作中,研究了阴离子捕收剂(如油酸钾和Flotinor FS-2)及调整剂(MgCl2、CaCl2、Na2SiO3.5H2O和CMC)对不常见的碳酸盐矿物(碳酸钙镁石和水菱镁矿)表面性质的影响。微量浮选试验结果表明,油酸钾对这两种矿物的浮选活性比Flotinor FS-2要强。MgCl2和CaCl2对这两种矿物的浮选有负面影响。Na2SiO3.5H2O对这两种碳酸盐矿物可浮性影响不大。而CMC可作为碳酸钙镁石的抑制剂,它对水菱镁矿的抑制作用不明显。
In this work, the effects of anionic collectors such as potassium oleate and Flotinor FS-2 and adjusters (MgCl2, CaCl2, Na2SiO3.5H2O and CMC) on rare carbonate minerals (huntite and water Magnesite) surface properties of the impact. Micro-flotation test results show that potassium oleate flotation activity of these two minerals stronger than Flotinor FS-2. MgCl2 and CaCl2 have a negative effect on the flotation of these two minerals. Na2SiO3.5H2O has little effect on the floatability of these two carbonate minerals. The CMC can be used as an inhibitor of huntite, which has no obvious inhibitory effect on hydromagnesite.
