Our group’s research confirmed that during the hypoxia-induced hypoxia tolerance, the regulation of certain mechanisms in mice reduced the NO synthesis in whole brain tissues. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism of hypoxia tolerance by observing the changes of NO level in different brain regions in hypoxia tolerant mice. 1 Materials and Methods (1) Reagents 4Hydroxycoumarin (4-hydroxy coumarin
