农村小学由于地理条件的限制,教育资源的不足,学生家长多外出打工,对孩子疏于监管,使孩子在学校表现出任性、贪玩、不爱静心思考等行为。为此农村小学班主任工作任重而道远。
Rural primary schools due to geographical constraints, lack of educational resources, the parents of students to go out to work more, neglect of supervision of children, so that children show self-willed in school, playful, do not love meditation thinking behavior.
