现代发动机凸轮轴的凸轮外形常采用几何组合的方法进行设计。采用内燃机凸轮传动机构运动学和动力学分析的迭代法,其中凸轮的几何形状是以凸轮转角及其相应的挺杆升程的数值形式描述的。这种方法不仅可以进行凸轮传动机构的运动学和动力学分析,而且也为分析传动机构零件的形状变化和振动奠定了基础。
The cam profile of modern engine camshafts are often designed using geometrical combinations. An iterative method of kinematics and dynamics analysis of a cam drive mechanism of an internal combustion engine is used, in which the cam geometry is described in terms of the cam angle and its corresponding tappet lift. This method can not only analyze the kinematics and dynamics of cam transmission mechanism, but also lay the foundation for analyzing the shape change and vibration of transmission mechanism components.
