[目的]研究大型丛生竹种车筒竹(Bambusa sinospinosa McClure)、车箣竹(Bambusa blumeana Schult.f.)和越南巨竹(Dendrocala-mus yunnanicus Hsueh)竹材的各力学性质。[方法]选取3年生车筒竹、箣竹和越南巨竹各5株,按照国家标准要求制作各力学强度试件,测定物理力学性质,并与传统材用竹种毛竹为参比进行分析。[结果]车筒竹、箣竹和越南巨竹的顺纹抗拉强度分别达到297.3、279.2、265.0MPa,均比毛竹材的相应强度大,顺纹抗压、顺纹抗剪、抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量比毛竹材的相应值略小。3种丛生竹的力学强度与竹竿部位有关,从基部至梢部,各力学强度均呈现逐渐上升的趋势。[结论]从力学性能上看,可考虑将车筒竹、箣竹和越南巨竹3种丛生竹种用作竹板材原料。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the mechanical properties of Bambusa sinospinosa McClure, Bambusa blumeana Schult.f. And Dendrocala-mus yunnanicus Hsueh bamboo. [Method] Five 3 - year - old Cylindrops, Tamarix chinensis and Dujiangyu bamboo were selected. Five specimens of each mechanical strength were made according to national standards, and the physical and mechanical properties were measured. The results were compared with those of traditional bamboo species Phyllostachys pubescens. [Result] The parallel grain tensile strength of cylinder bamboo, bamboo barley and Vietnamese giant bamboo reached 297.3,279.2,265.0 MPa, respectively, which were higher than those of bamboo wood. The parallel grain compressive strength, parallel grain shear strength, flexural strength And flexural modulus of elasticity than the corresponding value of bamboo is slightly smaller. The mechanical strength of the three kinds of clump bamboo is related to the bamboo pole parts, and the mechanical strength of the three kinds of clump bamboo showed a gradual upward trend from the base to the tip. [Conclusion] In terms of mechanical properties, three kinds of bamboo species, ie, bamboo carp, bamboo carp and giant bamboo can be considered as raw materials for bamboo slab.
