本文研究了以枳壳、红橘、香橙为砧木的‘黄果柑’嫁接树叶片净光合速率(Pn)、核酮糖-1,5-二磷酸羧化酶/加氧酶(Rubisco)和活化酶(RCA)浓度及果实动态品质的变化规律。结果表明:‘黄果柑’Pn日变化呈双峰曲线,3种嫁接树峰值的出现时间及大小不同,以香橙和枳壳为砧木的‘黄果柑’叶片Pn较高;嫁接树叶片中2种酶浓度均显著高于对照;与对照相比,3种嫁接树的总可溶性固形物(TSS)峰值出现时间有不同程度推迟,果实留树保鲜时间延长。由此可见,3种砧木中香橙对‘黄果柑’果实品质的影响最大。
In this paper, the net photosynthetic rate (Pn), Rubisco and Rubisco of leaves of ’Huangguogan’ grafted with Citrus aurantium, red tangerine and orange rootstock were studied. And activated enzyme (RCA) concentration and fruit dynamic quality changes. The results showed that the diurnal variation of Pn in ’Huangguogan’ was a bimodal curve, and the appearance time and size of the three kinds of grafted trees were different. Pn of ’Huangguogan’ with orange and Citrus aurantium as rootstocks was higher; (P <0.05). Compared with the control, the total TSS peak time of the three grafted trees delayed to some extent, and the preservation time of the tree was prolonged. Thus, oranges of the three kinds of rootstocks had the greatest impact on the fruit quality of ’Huangguogan’.
