在欧美汽车保险市场,被保险人对保险公司的服务要求越来越高。不同公司的保单、赔偿范围和价格相差无几,而区别在于出险后被保险人可以得到什么样的服务。对被保险人来说,即使是发生了很小的交通事故,或者在事故中被保险人并没有过错,车辆维修也会给被保险人造成很大的麻烦。传统的做法是:被保险人自己送修车辆,支付修理费用,修理完成后再由保险公司赔偿车主的损失。被保险人在车辆修好之前一般无车可用,工作和生活都因此受到一定影响。
In Europe and the United States automobile insurance market, the insured service requirements for insurance companies are getting higher and higher. Insurance policies of different companies, the scope and price of compensation is almost the same, but the difference is that after the insured person can get what kind of service. Even if a minor traffic accident occurs or the insured person is not at fault in the accident, the vehicle repairs may cause great inconvenience to the insured person for the insured person.
