本文采用自制单晶连铸设备和X射线衍射方法研究连铸铜单晶的晶体取向与竞争生长。结果表明,在晶体演化过程中逐渐淘汰的晶面为(311)、(200)和(111),最后单晶生长的晶面为(200),连铸铜单晶的晶体生长方向为[100],晶体取向[100]与晶轴的偏离度小于10°。单晶生长时固液界面向熔体呈凸出形状,这有利于晶体生长过程中的竞争和淘汰。还发现了连铸铜单晶取向在一定范围内,并不是唯一取向的单晶
In this paper, self-made single crystal continuous casting equipment and X-ray diffraction method of continuous casting of single crystal crystal orientation and competition growth. The results show that the crystal faces are (311), (200) and (111) which are gradually eliminated in the process of crystal evolution and the crystal plane of the last single crystal growth is (200). The crystal growth direction of continuous casting single crystal is [100 ], The deviation of crystal orientation [100] from the crystal axis is less than 10 °. When the single crystal grows, the solid-liquid interface presents convex shape to the melt, which is favorable for the competition and elimination in the process of crystal growth.
