在我国的经济社会发展中小型民营企业发挥着越来越重要的作用,然而,小型民营企业在人才方面却一直遇到种种困境,影响着小型民营企业的生存和发展,使得一些小型民营企业在激烈的市场竞争中更加举步维艰。文章提出了小型民营企业遇到的人才困境及其对策这个课题。该文首先对我国小型民营企业遇到的人才困境进行了分析、研究,接着分析其产生的原因,提出了相应的对策,最后是文章的总结性概述。
