建材部水泥局于一月十四至二十日,在北京召开了小水泥工作座谈会。出席会议的有二十八个省、市、自治区(西藏未参加)主管小水泥工作的同志三十六人。农业部、铁道部、农垦部主管小水泥的同志,国家经委重工局的同志也参加了会议。会议交流了1980年一至十月份小水泥质量大检查和废品扣除产量、产值的情况,总结了
The Cement Bureau of the Ministry of Building Materials held a workshop on cement work in Beijing from January 14 to January 20. Thirty-six of the comrades in charge of small-scale cement work in 28 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions (Tibet did not participate) attended the meeting. Comrades from the ministry of agriculture, the Ministry of Railways, and the Ministry of Agriculture and Landscaping, and Comrades from the State Economic Commission’s Heavy Industry Bureau also attended the meeting. The meeting exchanged information on the inspection of small cement quality from January to October 1980 and the deduction of output and output value of waste products.
