目的:了解观察华美2号猕猴桃根乙酸乙酯提取物部分(简称ERHM部位,主要是三萜类化合物)的保肝作用。方法:釆用ERHM对四氯化碳(CCl4)、D-半乳糖胺和异硫氰酸萘酯(ANIT)致小鼠急性肝损伤保护实验、单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验、免疫低下小鼠溶血素生成实验和毒性实验;血清中的ALT、AST、T-BIL含量作为测定指标。结果:与CCl4、D-半乳糖胺和ANIT模型组相比,ERHM(100mg/kg,50mg/kg)显著降低ALT、AST、T-BIL含量(P<0.05)。单核巨噬细胞吞噬功能实验表明,ERHM(100mg/kg)显著提高单核巨噬细胞吞噬指数(P<0.05)。溶血素生成实验表明,ERHM(100mg/kg,50mg/kg)显著提高免疫低下小鼠溶血素含量(P<0.05)。限量毒性实验表明,安全无毒。结论:ERHM具有较好的保肝降酶和退黄、提高免疫功能作用,安全无毒。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the hepatoprotective effect of the ethyl acetate extract from the root of kiwifruit kiwifruit (abbreviated as ERHM, mainly triterpenoids). METHODS: ERHM was used to protect mice against acute liver injury induced by carbon tetrachloride (CCl4), D-galactosamine and naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT), mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis experiments, and immunocompromise Hemolysin production test and toxicity test; serum ALT, AST, T-BIL content as an indicator. Results: Compared with CCl4, D-galactosamine and ANIT models, ERHM (100 mg/kg, 50 mg/kg) significantly reduced ALT, AST, and T-BIL levels (P<0.05). Mononuclear macrophage phagocytosis experiments showed that ERHM (100mg/kg) significantly increased the phagocytic index of monocyte macrophages (P<0.05). Hemolysin production experiments showed that ERHM (100mg/kg, 50mg/kg) significantly increased the hemolysin content in immunocompromised mice (P<0.05). Limited toxicity experiments show that it is safe and non-toxic. Conclusion: ERHM has a good effect on protecting the liver, reducing enzymes and yellowing, and improving immune function. It is safe and non-toxic.
