目的 探讨溴氰菊酯的心血管毒性及普乐林的保护作用。方法 将豚鼠随机分成溴氰菊酯染毒组、普乐林治疗组以及芝麻油对照组, 应用生理多导记录仪研究其心血管功能的变化。结果 溴氰菊酯染毒后豚鼠血压升高、收缩力加强和心率减慢; 心电图表现为QTr 增大、QRS 间期延长、ST 段压低、T 波加深以及多种心律失常。经普乐林治疗后中毒豚鼠除QTr 仍一时性增加外, 其它心血管功能未见明显改变。结论 普乐林对溴氰菊酯中毒豚鼠的心血管毒性具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the cardiovascular toxicity of deltamethrin and the protective effect of tetralomycin. Methods Guinea pigs were randomly divided into deltamethrin-treated group, pullulan-treated group and sesame oil control group. The changes of cardiovascular function were investigated by using physiological multi-modalities recorder. Results After treatment with deltamethrin, the blood pressure, contractility and heart rate of guinea pigs were increased. The electrocardiogram showed the increase of QTr, the prolongation of QRS interval, the depression of ST segment, the deepening of TT wave and various arrhythmias. Treated guinea pigs after treatment by Putraphine QTr is still a temporary increase in the addition, the other cardiovascular function did not change significantly. Conclusion Pulleline has a protective effect on the toxicity of deltamethrin in guinea pigs.
