目前时速120公里以下的电力传动内燃机车和电力机车的牵引电动机都采用轴悬式悬挂方式。其优点是结构简单、维护方便、成本较低。以往在分析计算这类机车的垂向振动时,都按静力分配的方法,把牵引电动机的重量分为簧上重量和簧下重量两部分,把簧上重量部分直接加在转向架构架上。严格地说,这种方法是不恰当的。本文从动力学角度来研究牵引电动机的质量分配,得到了在机车垂向振动时轴悬式牵引电动机的等效变换形式,由此可以较方便地对机车的垂向振动进行分析计算。
At present, the traction motors of electric drive diesel locomotives and electric locomotives which are less than 120 kilometers per hour are all suspended by shaft suspension. Its advantages are simple structure, easy maintenance, low cost. In the past in the analysis of the vertical vibration of these locomotives, according to the static distribution method, the traction motor weight is divided into sprung weight and unsprung weight of two parts, the sprung weight directly on the bogie frame . Strictly speaking, this method is not appropriate. In this paper, the mass distribution of traction motor is studied from the dynamic point of view, and the equivalent transformation of the shaft-suspended traction motor is obtained when the locomotive is vertically vibrated. Therefore, the vertical vibration of the locomotive can be analyzed and calculated conveniently.
