目的:以镇痛、抗炎及抗消化性溃疡为药理指标,对萸连巴布膏的药效学进行评价,为萸连巴布膏的临床应用提供实验依据。方法:幽门结扎法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型;角叉菜胶致炎法致大鼠足肿胀;化学刺激法造小鼠镇痛抗炎模型;分别观察外用萸连巴布膏高、中、低3个剂量组(大鼠12,6,3 g.kg-1,小鼠6,3,1.5 g.kg-1)ig对溃疡指数、溃疡抑制率及发生率、足肿胀度、扭体次数及毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:外用萸连巴布膏降低溃疡指数,呈剂量依赖性,仅高、中剂量组升高胃蛋白酶的排出量,降低溃疡发生率。萸连巴布膏高、低剂量组能明显降低大鼠足肿胀度,中剂量组作用时间持续时间较长。高、中剂量组均降低毛细血管通透性,高、中、低剂量组均能减少扭体次数,与赋形剂组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:萸连巴布膏具有明显的抑制胃溃疡,镇痛抗炎和消肿的作用,为探索经皮给药治疗胃肠疾病的可行性提供了实验依据。

The number of writhing in high dose, middle dose and low dose groups were decreased, which were significantly different from those in vehicle group (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion: Cornel Babu ointment can significantly inhibit the gastric ulcer, analgesic, anti-inflammatory and swelling, and provide the experimental basis for exploring the feasibility of transdermal drug treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.
