目的明确某公司弧形连铸技术改造项目技改后的职业病危害因素危害程度,评价其职业病危害防护措施效果,指出关键控制点和职业病防护的特殊要求。方法采用现场调查、职业病危害检测、职业健康检查及检查表分析法对该项目进行控制效果评价。结果该项目噪声、高温检测结果范围为74.40~86.50 d B(A)、30.2~37.2℃,超标率为37.5%、75.0%。其他金属及氧化物粉尘(其他粉尘)、一氧化碳、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、二氧化锰、硫化氢、氟化物、铬及其化合物、紫外辐射、工频电场等均符合国家职业接触限值。结论该项目在确保现有职业病防护设施正常运转的情况下,职业病危害基本得到有效控制。
Objective To clarify the degree of harm of occupational hazards after technological transformation of the arc continuous casting technological transformation project of a certain company, evaluate the effect of protective measures against occupational hazards, and point out the special requirements of key control points and occupational disease protection. Methods A field survey, occupational disease hazard test, occupational health examination and checklist analysis were used to evaluate the control effect of the project. Results The results of noise and temperature measurement of this project ranged from 74.40 to 86.50 d B (A) and from 30.2 to 37.2 ℃. The over-standard rates were 37.5% and 75.0% respectively. Other metals and oxide dust (other dust), carbon monoxide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, manganese dioxide, hydrogen sulfide, fluoride, chromium and its compounds, ultraviolet radiation, power frequency electric field and so on are all in line with the national occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The project has effectively controlled the occupational diseases under the condition of ensuring the normal operation of the existing occupational disease protection facilities.
