由于目前对高压齿轮马达研究较少,采用齿轮泵的设计理论来进行高压齿轮马达的设计,难免有欠缺之处。本文从高压齿轮马达的性能和使用特点出发:对减小径向力,提高轴承寿命;提高低速和起动性能;承受惯性冲击载荷等几个问题进行了分析研究。推导建立了由液体压力所产生的径向力的计算公式,提出了提高齿轮马达性能的主要措施。作为一个应用实例,介绍了CMG4-46型高压齿轮马达的设计结构特点和性能试检数据。
Due to the current research on high-pressure gear motor is less, the design theory of gear pump for high-pressure gear motor design, inevitably lacking. In this paper, starting from the characteristics of high-pressure gear motor performance and use of: to reduce the radial force and improve bearing life; improve low speed and starting performance; to bear the inertial impact load and several other issues were analyzed. The calculation formula of the radial force generated by the liquid pressure is deduced and the main measures to improve the performance of the gear motor are put forward. As an application example, the design structure characteristics and performance test data of CMG4-46 high-pressure gear motor are introduced.
