本课题由安庆石化总厂化肥厂和南京化工学院化机系共同承担,它适用于化肥,炼油化工等烃类转化炉因炉管变曲无法维持生产而炉管尚有相当剩余寿命时,进行热态矫直后继续使用.这样既延长了炉管的使用寿命,又减少了大量的检修费用,具有明显的经济效益和社会效益;它对于侧烧炉炉管弯曲的机理及采取的防范措施提供了理论依据和必要的数据,为我国炉管高温蠕变研究增加了新的内容。
This project is jointly undertaken by Anqing Petrochemical Plant Fertilizer Plant and Nanjing Institute of Chemical Technology.
