香港回归后,作为中国的一个特别行政区,与内地的经贸关系将会怎样发展?这个问题,不仅港人关心,内地同胞也同样关注,因为从70年代末以来,香港与内地的经济已是你中有我,我中有你,休戚相关,割舍不开的了。香港的繁荣固然有益于内地的经济发展;内地经济形势更影响到香港经济的走向。在香港的对外贸易总额中,同内地的贸易占了34.8％,居于首位;内地的对外贸易总额中,对香港的贸易占了17.7％,居第二位。
After the return of Hong Kong, as a special administrative region of China, how will the economic and trade relations with the Mainland develop? Not only is Hong Kong people concerned but the mainland compatriots are equally concerned because the economies of Hong Kong and the Mainland have been yours since the late 1970s. There is me, and I have you in it, and I have nothing to do with it. The prosperity of Hong Kong is beneficial to the economic development in the Mainland. The economic situation in the Mainland further affects the direction of Hong Kong’s economy. Among Hong Kong’s total foreign trade volume, trade with the mainland accounted for 34.8%, ranking first; in the total foreign trade volume of the mainland, trade to Hong Kong accounted for 17.7%, ranking second.
