对一种自制降黏剂进行化学结构和热力学性能表征,并将试验结果与进口降黏剂Sasobit的相关参数进行对比,确定其可以用作沥青降黏剂。然后将该蜡样降黏剂加入到胶粉改性沥青体系中,通过微观表征与宏观测试相结合的方法,考察其不同添加量对沥青黏度及其他性能指标的影响,最后确定其可用性及最佳掺量,并就改性机理作出解释。结果表明:自制降黏剂为两种物质的混合物,主要成分为脂肪醇,而其分子量呈多分散分布。其熔点高,可以对沥青起到高温降粘的作用,同时可改善沥青的其他性能,其最适添加量为2%~3%。
The chemical structure and thermodynamic properties of a self-made viscosity reducer were characterized and compared with the relevant parameters of the imported viscosity reducer Sasobit to determine that it can be used as an asphalt viscosity reducer. Then the wax-like viscosity reducer was added into the modified asphalt system. Through the combination of microscopic characterization and macroscopic test, the effect of different addition amount on asphalt viscosity and other performance indexes was investigated. Finally, Good dosage, and to explain the mechanism of modification. The results showed that: the homemade viscosity reducer is a mixture of two substances, the main component of fatty alcohol, and its molecular weight was polydisperse. Its high melting point, the asphalt can play a role in high temperature viscosity, while improving other properties of asphalt, the optimum dosage of 2% to 3%.
