采用TBA荧光沉淀分析并结合临床观察,对138名优秀竞技运动员大负荷训练课前后,冬训不同阶段;大负荷一周、二周、三周及主诉疲劳者的血清过氧化脂质、血尿素的变化进行研究。研究表明,不同方式大负荷后过氧化脂质和血尿素明显升高;运动员出现疲劳的程度不一;冬训中后期,机体自由基和过氧化脂质明显升高是造成器官受损和出现疲劳的重要因素,补充抗氧化药物是非常重要的恢复手段;930型荧光光度计适用于过氧化脂质的测定。提示,过氧化脂质、血尿素的变化可做为疲劳出现、过度训练的一项生化诊断指标。
TBA fluorescent precipitation analysis combined with clinical observation of 138 elite athletes before and after heavy-duty training sessions, winter training at different stages; heavy load week, two weeks, three weeks and the main complaint of fatigue, serum lipid peroxidation, blood urea changes research. The results showed that the lipid peroxidation and blood urea significantly increased after different kinds of heavy loads, and the degree of fatigue of athletes was different. In the middle and late winter training period, the body’s free radicals and lipid peroxidation were significantly increased, resulting in organ damage and fatigue The important factor to add anti-oxidant drugs is a very important means of recovery; 930 fluorescence spectrophotometer for the determination of lipid peroxidation. Tip, lipid peroxidation, blood urea changes can be used as fatigue, over-training of a biochemical diagnostic indicators.
