高等职业院校市场营销专业的教学改革中的“定岗双元”的实践,正处在摸索应用阶段,其中如何将企业深度融合到学校的理论学习教育,并且教师能够很好的融入到企业的实践教学环节,是“双元制”应用过程中的关键核心问题。本文结合德国双元制职业教育在笔者所在学校的应用的分析,对高等职业院校市场营销专业的定岗双元人才培养提出建议。
The practice of “Dingang Dualism” in the teaching reform of marketing majors in higher vocational colleges is in the process of exploration and application.
