青霉素具有抗菌作用强、疗效高、毒性低等优点,为目前临床上应用最广的抗菌素之一,但青霉素的过敏反应也较常见,有的基层医疗单位由于制度不严,将注射过青霉素的注射器再行注射其他药物,虽残留青霉素的量甚微,仍易发生过敏反应,甚至引起死亡事故。目前青霉素尚缺乏专一的一般化学鉴别方法,因此难以鉴定出残留痕迹的青霉素。有关文献报道了青霉素G钾(钠)盐的薄层层析鉴定方法。本文试用硅胶G板和硅胶GCMC板对青霉素G钾(钠)、苯唑青霉素钠、氯唑青霉素钠和十九种注射剂进行初试和层析鉴定,结果尚称满意。

In this paper, silica gel G plate and silica gel GCMC plate penicillin G potassium (sodium), oxacillin sodium, penicillin sodium and nineteen injection for the first test and chromatography identification, the results are still satisfied.
