浙江省中小民营企业经过20多年的发展,已完成了原始积累,处于从创业结构向发展结构转型过程,但因家族管理方式与现代企业制度的不匹配造成的财务管理混乱,使其发展受阻。因此,完善转型中的浙江省民营企业财务控制,建立与现代企业制度相匹配的财务控制体系具有重要的现实意义。笔者通过对浙江省宁波地区中小民营企业财务控制问题进行调查分析,旨在为民营企业建立与现代企业制度相匹配的财务控制体系提供有益的建议。
After more than 20 years of development, the small and medium-sized private enterprises in Zhejiang Province have completed the primitive accumulation and are in the process of transition from the entrepreneurial structure to the developmental structure. However, due to the confusion of financial management caused by the mismatch between the family management method and the modern enterprise system, the development is hindered. Therefore, improving the financial control of private enterprises in transition in Zhejiang Province and establishing a financial control system matching the modern enterprise system are of great practical significance. The author of the small and medium-sized private-owned enterprises in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, the issue of financial control to investigate and analyze the purpose of private enterprises to establish a modern enterprise system to match the financial control system to provide useful suggestions.
