评述了湿法磷酸酸矿反应过程中的矿分解、磷石膏结晶等有关传质问题。应用超声空化现象的化工传质效应,对超声萃取磷酸反应过程传质机理作了探讨,为其工业应用提供了理论依据。
The problems of mass transfer such as ore decomposition and phosphogypsum crystallization during the reaction of WPA were reviewed. Applying the chemical mass transfer effect of ultrasonic cavitation phenomenon, the mass transfer mechanism of ultrasonic extraction of phosphoric acid was discussed, which provided a theoretical basis for its industrial application.
