苦参碱(Matrine)是中药苦参的主要成分之一,为了研究苦参碱的药动学与药效学的关系,本文采用荧光熄灭法对苦参中苦参减在家兔体内血药浓度进行24h监测,求出系列药动学参数,实验表明:苦参碱在免体内的Ka为0.6317h-1,t1/2(a)为1.6148h,t1/2(β)为13.38h,K21为0.3512h-1,K12为0.06651h-1AVC为9.4509μg·h/ml。
Matrine is one of the main components of Sophora flavescens. In order to study the relationship between the pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of matrine, the fluorescence extinction method was used to reduce the blood plasma of Sophora flavescens in rabbits. The concentration was monitored for 24 h to determine the series of pharmacokinetic parameters. The experiment showed that the Ka of the matrine was 0.6317 h-1 in vivo, the t1/2 (a) was 1.6148 h, and the t1/2 (β) was 13 At .38 h, K21 was 0.3512 h-1, K12 was 0.06651 h-1 and AVC was 9.4509 μg·h/ml.
