《3-6岁儿童学习与发展指南》颁布实施以来,为有效推进以游戏为主要活动方式的课程改革,我园高度重视区域游戏活动的质量,在全园范围内多频次开展了区域游戏观摩活动。在此过程中,我们发现教师观察、指导区域游戏过程中存在忽视、干预、导演幼儿游戏等行为,一度成为区域游戏高质量开展的瓶颈,这是需要我们每一位幼教工作者深入思考和着重解决的问题。
