穿过繁忙的川陕大道,我们采访了新都县交通局主管公路建设的杨光德副局长。 新都县紧靠成都市北大门,是四川省最早实现乡乡通油路,村村通公路的县。 “有钱自己干,无钱请人干,钱少合作干,是我们公路建设快速发展的诀窍。”杨副局长谈起了他们招商引资最为成功的成彭公路建设过程:成彭公路系省道二级专用公路,途经新都25公里,1993年初,他们接受了省政府下达的公路建设任务。标准要求高,工期时间紧,资金缺口大,面对重重困难,他们反复研究,确定了“招商引资,台作修路”的方针。但5000万到6000万资金缺口,招商引资绝非易事,他们四处联系, Through the busy Chuan-Shan Road, we interviewed Yang Guangde, deputy director of the Xindu County Department of Transportation in charge of highway construction.
